I loved my time spent with Allison + Tristian at their engagement session in Raleigh, NC at the NCMA. Any chance to head to the North Carolina Museum of Art is a fun time for me. I love the rolling hills, tall grass and relaxing walkways the grounds provide. It makes for a super sweet location for engagement photos.
Allison and Tristians day had an extra romantic vibe to it with the overcast skies. We were very close to having to reschedule their session due to the possibility of rain but with them both having come in from out of town we decided to move forward and roll with the punches. I am so glad we did! The rain held off for us right until the end.
Allison opted for two outfits, as I recommend for all my couples. The first being a super beautiful and classic white dress and the second a soft and romantic blue and white dress. They both were perfect pairs with the yellowish greens that are found on the museum grounds. With the gray skies they added the perfect pop. I also loved how Tristian’s outfit complimented her colors so well.
I am so excited to celebrate with them during their wedding day next year in June at the Angus Barn in Raleigh. It is going to be such a blast! I loved getting to spend time with them. Watching them have fun and make each other laugh all afternoon. After meeting as freshmen in college and reconnecting their senior year it seems that some things are just meant to be. Tristian proposed to Allison in front of the Eiffel Tower on their trip to Paris, France. He managed to do so without Allison suspecting a thing! I mean how incredible is that?!
When it comes to the wedding, Allison is most excited to celebrate with family and friends while Tristian can’t wait to see Allison bust some dance moves on the floor. I have to say, I can’t wait to see those dance moves as well!
