Karlie + Daemeon’s beautiful classic + romantic wedding day in Oxford NC at the gorgeous wedding venue Shadowing Oaks is now live on the blog!

I love weddings. Seems pretty obvious considering I am a wedding photographer. But it is days and couples like Karlie and Daemeon that just deepen that love for me. From our consultation call, through the planning, the engagement session all the way to the wedding it was so clear that they were so excited to be married. Not just the excitement for a wedding day (which is VERY exciting!) but a deeper joy to begin a life together. And to start that life surrounded with their family and friends.

You would think that weddings get old. That they all eventually blend together. Trends may repeat themself but there is such a freshness in the love that each couple brings for the other and that is where the magic is.

Not only did the sweet couple share such love for each other but the way their people rallied around them to celebrate. It was beautiful. You’ll have to scroll to see some of my favorite candids from their post ceremony celebration! It was so fun!

• The groom’s attire! Top notch! I love a good classic black jacket but he looked sharp in the white with black trim.
• All the sweet kiddos included in the day!
• Karlie looked so beautiful with her hollywood waves and classy wedding dress.
• I loved the ceremony site under the blue June sky and in the open field. Although it certainly was hot, haha!
• Karlie + her dad’s father daughter dance! I love when father/daughter duos opt to do something fun during their dance.
