The timeless and classic feel Old Lystra Inn provided for Kyle and Lydia’s summer wedding was perfect! The classy southern home tucked away in beautiful Chapel Hill, NC fit so perfectly with the vibrant colors of their garden wedding. Just wait until you see their flower installation – MAGICAL!

When I asked the pair to describe their wedding day plans in a few short words they told me the envisioned their day to be classic, traditional and have a garden feel. I can confirm that their wedding day was all those things and more. You will have to scroll to see just how beautiful all the little details that Lydia picked out came together.

The day started with photographing all those beautiful details. Their invitations and particularly their envelope was one of my favorites! I loved all the colors and the loose flowers provided by, Floral Dimensions added the perfect touch. Lydia and Kyle opted for a first look and it was so sweet. Kyle’s face lit up when he turned to see his beautiful bride!

The two had such a fun group of family and friends and they made the family formals and wedding party pictures so fun! During their gorgeous ceremony, in the prettiest afternoon glow, surrounded by all their loved ones Kyle and Lydia become husband and wife and entered into the next stage of life together.

To celebrate their new union they shared the night with family and friends enjoyed yummy food. This also included a yummy s’mores station, and danced the night away! They ended the night with fun send off and ran through sparklers. The day from beginning to end was beautiful! I am so glad I was able to capture their Old Lystra Inn wedding!
