There is something so sweet when a friend asks for me to document an important milestone in their life. Emma and I became friends in high school when I transferred to a new school my sophomore year. Our friendship became one so near and dear to my heart. We watched each other grow during those awkward high school years and shared so many laughs along the way. When attended the same community college for two years and Emma eventually transferred to her dream school, Meredith College. Last year when she reached out and asked me to take some photos for her college graduation it was an easy, “YES!”. I was so excited to share in her wonderful accomplishment. I am still so proud of all her hard work and determination!
